Food Bazaar Booth Application
It is time for the annual Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco’s Japantown. This is our 43rd year of celebrating traditional and contemporary Asian culture. Many of you are past participants and already know that the Cherry Blossom Festival is Japantown’s biggest event of the year. The Food Bazaar remains a major element of the Cherry Blossom Festival and an important community event.
The Cherry Blossom Festival will be on the weekends of April 10, 11, and 17, 18, 2010. This year’s Grand Parade will be held on the second weekend of the festival on Sunday, April 18, 2010. The Food Bazaar is located on Webster Street, between Sutter and Post Streets, from 11 am to 6 pm. We highly recommend that you submit your application and payment as soon as possible. Booth spaces will be considered, BUT NOT GUARANTEED. All organizations must be able to provide proof of non-profit status for consideration. Your organization will receive a confirmation notice if accepted. If your organization is not accepted, your payment will be returned to you with along with a declination letter.

Arts and Crafts Booth Application
The Arts and Crafts portion will be located in Buchanan Mall, and on Post St., between Laguna St. and Buchanan St., from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all four weekend days with the exception of the second Sunday in which space will be limited due to the Grand Parade. Therefore, we highly recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible. Booth spaces will not be reserved without payment. All booth spaces are first come first served.
